【IT168 资讯】备份原来tsm的各种参数，比如db、log等（非常重要，数据恢复时使用）。

　　1、使用浏览器登陆DSM server，使用端口1580，如：http：//192．168．1．1：1580

　　同时使用telnet登陆DSM server所在主机，如：telnet 192.168.1.1

　　启动dsm的监控终端：dsmadmc -consolemode

　　2、从pool中删除volume

server storage --sequential access storage--volumes
choose vomume name --delete storage pool volume :XXXX
Discard data that resides on the volume ? yes
Wait for completion ? no

　　依次操作，知道从pool里把所有的volume都delete掉

　　3、从lib中将volume进行check out：

　　A）依次选择：object view--server storage--libraries and drives--library volme

　　B）选择需要check out的卷，然后在oprations中选择check out Library Volume

　　Check Label选项：

　　yes—3583带库要对每一个需要check out的volume进行Label的验证，需要时间较长；no－需要要Label验证，操作较快，建议选择次项。

　　Force选项：Yes－强制check out； No－不强制check out，一般情况下选择此项。

　　Remove volume：Yes－；No－。

　　在1中打开的tsm控制终端上会显示：

message:ANR83071 002:Remove LTO volume F0F002 from slot with elemet number 4097 of library 3583LIB;issue "REPLY" aloing with the request ID when ready.

　　在tsm>界面输入：reply 002
　　依次操作，直到把所有的volume都check out出来。

　　4、更换volume，换完带子，重启tsm，重启带库

　　5、给新加的带子打label

object view--server storage--libraries and drives--library volme

选择Library Name
Search Library:yes
Library Category for volume:scratch
Device type:cartridge
over-write Existing Label:YES

　　6、将volume增加到pool中
server storage --sequential access storage--volumes
选择：Define Sequential Access Volume
Storage Pool Name:3583pool
Volume Name :XXXX
Media Access Status:READWRITE

　　7、测试TSM
