【IT168 资讯】前些日子，有一个客户想用TSM for Sysback模块备份AIX操作系统。实施前看了一遍Administrator Guide,做起来比较容易。但备份时报如下错：

TSM for SysBack V5.6.5 gives the following error:

　　在IBM网站上找到原因，原来是TSM for sysbak版本的BUG，下载最新PACK，更新后问题解决。

Problem
TSM for SysBack V5.6.5 gives the following error:
exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program getvginfo_ext because of the following errors:
0509-130 Symbol resolution failed for getvginfo_ext because:...

Cause
After the upgrade, the following errors will be reported by SysBack
exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program getvginfo_ext because of the following errors:
0509-130 Symbol resolution failed for getvginfo_ext because:
0509-136 Symbol lvm_queryvg_ext (number 14) is not exported from dependent module /usr/lib/liblvm.a(shr.o).
0509-192 Examine .loader section symbols with the 'dump -Tv' command.
These error occur because SysBack needs to be upgraded as well

Solution
Upgrade TSM for SysBack from V5.6.5 to V5.6.6. The address below points to the V5.6.6 fileset:
